BIOTECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FOR INDUSTRY IN PHARMACEUTICALS S.L.U (BDI biotech) maintains a permanent commitment to Quality and Environmental Protection. To support this, the Management establishes this Policy, its objectives, and the means to achieve them. Furthermore, it is responsible for communicating and transmitting the Quality and Environmental objectives at all levels of the organization, with training and proper planning being key elements.
This Policy is implemented under the following premises:
Commitment to meet the explicit and implicit demands, requirements, and expectations of customers, as well as legal and regulatory requirements, while applying the necessary quality and environmental standards for the defined scope.
Ensuring optimal working conditions by assessing the risks that may arise during processes, eliminating them where possible, and reducing those that are assessed.
Consolidating the process of continuous improvement in the performance of all activities carried out within the company. To achieve this, both Management and all those responsible under its direction are accountable for periodically reviewing the effectiveness of the Quality and Environmental System, adopting appropriate measures to ensure continuous improvement is implemented.
Promoting and achieving a motivating environment for all company members.
Protecting the environment, including pollution prevention, within the context of our organization.
Management makes this policy accessible and available to its customers, all employees, suppliers, and the general public. Moreover, the Integrated System is regularly updated through periodic reviews, including Management Review, to account for changes in environmental conditions, objective data from its application, and received information.
